Glad we found it!!

Although conveniently situated just across the road from the Lower Hart (Waitrose) car park we had not noticed this restaurant until recently. We went in for a quick lunch and were given our choice of tables. We chose to sit in the upper-tier close to the entrance. The service was excellent, speedy and knowledgeable ans the food (pasta( excellent, the best we have had in Farnham.. The special lunch menu price was outstanding value and we wondered why so few people were eating there. We are glad

Many people going shopping to Waitrose in Farnham probably go past this little gem of a restaurant day in day out without realising that this wonderful establishment serves delicious, freshly made Italian food. Yes I know.... another Italian! But trust me, for those in town that know me, I am a fuss pot and have (in my opinion) quite particular standards. I visited with my father, we had the Carpaccio, the Crab Ravioli and Black Spaghetti main. The salad accompaniment was so fresh and tasty, with the other courses tasting fresh and of a high quality. The food is always excellent here - I have visited several times. Next will be with my brother! It is off the beaten track so very much relies on word of mouth. Would highly recommend this little gem.

I’m Vegetarian and there is plenty of choice. The refit has improved the appearance inside the restaurant. I’ve been three times with my friends and we’ve all enjoyed the food.

It was ok, nothing special. I eat out ALOT and so know good food. Yours was just ok! Its not an authentic Italian restaurant, just someplace you go if you fancy pasta at a decent price. Atmosphere was dull and boring but the staff were pleasant. The Barn Bistro is not a place I would visit again, much better places to eat in Farnham!
